Inkjet Star, Inc. continues to strive for the highest customer satisfaction.

We take a lot of pride in the quality and the performance of our compatible and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges. Should you want to return any inkjet or toner cartridge for whatever reasons within 180 days of purchase and given that the returned product is at least 70% ink or toner filled*, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling**, or a prompt free exchange upon the receipt of your returned cartridge.

* We will not refund or provide a free replacement if the returned product is less than 70% ink or toner filled, even if it is returned within 180 days of purchase.

** Shipping charge is not refundable, except when there is a packing error in that we have shipped you the wrong items.

To initiate a return, please follow this procedure:

  • Email us at sales@inkjetstar.com. Briefly explain your reasons for the return and request for a RMA number. All returns must have an approved RMA# from us to be eligible for refund or free exchange.
  • Ship the returned item (s) with the RMA # to:

  • For opened cartridges, please put them in re-sealable bags to prevent ink leakage during shipping.

Other condition and policy

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the products, regardless of the reasons for the return, including defective cartridges.

Re-stocking fee will be charged if the customers ordered the wrong items and wish to return for refund or exchange.
