How do I find the replacement cartridge?
In order to locate the correct replacement cartridge, you need to know either the brand and model number of your printer or the ink/toner cartridge number. You will be taken to the product page by entering the information in the search box at the top. You may also enter the printer information using the Quick Search.
What are compatible and remanufactured ink or toner cartridges?
Compatible ink or toner cartridges are relatively loosely defined as products manufactured by third party companies other than the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) such as Epson, HP, Canon, Samsung, Brother and Dell. These compatible product manufacturers specialize in aftermarket products which use brand new or mostly new parts.
Remanufactured ink or toner cartridges involve the recycling of parts and refilling the ink or toner through a standardized process of parts dismantling and inspection, cleaning and refilling. Many consumer reports found little difference between the quality of compatible and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges which adhere to stringent manufacturing standard and the quality of OEM products. Taking remanufactured printer ink and laser toner cartridges as an example, the proper manufacturing process should include meticulous dismantling and inspection of the recycled parts, cleaning, refilling and reassembling. The mom and pop method of just ‘drilling and refilling’ would result in poor quality or even defective products.

*Page yield is the most widely used description of cartridge capacity and it means the "number of printed pages at 5% coverage", with final results depending on a number of factors including paper quality, and print mode etc.
How do I discard the used ink or toner cartridge?
Recycling used or empty cartridges is required as the residue chemicals are considered hazardous material that would harm the environment. There are different ways to discard remanufactured toner cartridges. Empty or used cartridges can be sent to local recycling centers, participating local office supplies stores or participating schools or charity organizations which would collect and recycle them appropriately.
My new ink cartridge doesn't print. What's wrong?
Follow these simple steps to troubleshoot:
- Check to see if the protective tape on the ink cartridge has been removed.
- Place a damp paper towel on a flat surface. Protect the surface from leaked ink by placing layers of used newspaper underneath the damp paper towel. Sit the print head of the cartridge (where the ink would come out) on the damp paper towel and wait for a couple of minutes. This will help to draw the ink out of the print head and prepare it to print.

- As a registered customer, you can always log in to your account to view your Recent Orders at My Dashboard. To the right of each recent order, you can simply click at View Order to see the items ordered or at Reorder to make a new purchase.
- After clicking at Reorder, you will be taken to your shopping cart where you may change the order quantity of each item.

What is my guarantee if I am unhappy with the received inkjet or laser toner cartridges?

How soon will I receive my order?

Will the warranty on my printer be voided if I buy a third-party manufactured cartridge from you?
No, based on the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, the manufacturer's warranty of your printer stays intact even when you use third-party compatible and remanufactured ink or toner cartridges.
