Inkjet Star continues to strive for the highest customer satisfactions. We take a lot of pride in the quality and the performance of our Inkjetstar™ ink and toner cartridges. Should you want to return any inkjet or toner cartridges, for whatever reasons**, within 60 days, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price ,less shipping and handling; or if you prefer, a prompt exchange with no shipping charges, upon the receipt of your returned cartridges. Furthermore, to be eligible for refund or free exchange, the cartridge (s) return must have at least 50% ink or toner left.
To initiate a return, please follow this procedure:
Send us an email, sales@inkjetstar.com , to explain to us the reasons of return and to obtain a RMA number.
Pack the return item (s) with the packing slip shipped with the order . Send the package to us at :

For open cartridges, please put them in resealable bags to prevent ink leakage during shipping

The shipping costs to return the products, regardless of the reasons of return, including defective cartridges, will be paid by the customers and will not be refunded or credited.
All returns must have a approved RMA# from us to be eligible for refund or free exchanges.
